My Alerts Basics: (click My Alerts tab to begin).

1. Click “Set New Alert” button when on the My Alerts page (Figure A).

2. Select a category from 7 Biblical Verse Alerts, Encouragement Alerts, or Holiday & Historical Alerts (Figure B).

3. All 7 Biblical Verse categories and the Encouragement category may be scheduled on any day of the week and times of your choice, 24 hours a day (Figure B).

4. Holiday & Historical alerts have approximately 9-15 days per month pre-set, and you may receive them at the time of your choice on those days.  The system will not allow a user to select a day since the alerts are specific to each date in history.

5. Users may also elect to receive any alert to their email in addition to text message format (Figure B).

Changing Existing Alerts:

To edit an alert simply double click the alert, or highlight the alert and select “Change This Alert” (Figure A).

Users may edit any existing alert in a number of ways:

• Change or add delivery days
• Change time of delivery
• Add / delete email delivery in addition to phone device delivery
• Suspend the alert
