After downloading the Text from Above program you will need to set up your account.
Simply click on the TFA Icon;
and the login screen will open.
On the Login screen (Figure A) click “New User?” to begin your account set up process.
You then will be directed through three (3) brief forms (Figures B, C and D) where you will fill out your contact, billing and desired account information – this only takes moments to complete!
The Name and Email screen (Figure B) is where you will begin to enter your contact information.
Please be sure to enter the information as completely and accurately as possible. This information will allow us to alert you of any billing problems or issues with your account in a timely manner.
Your unique email address will become your username on your account.
The next screen (Figure C) is where you enter your billing information.
For your protection we confirm your billing information with your credit card you use, so please take care to enter the information correctly.
Also on this page, you may choose to designate a religious affiliation. This field is optional.
Choose your plan

Select the plan best suited to meet your needs. Whether you are an individual or setting up an account for the whole family, there are many options to choose from – find the best one for you.
Provide your payment information
Select your credit card type, enter the account information, CW2 (the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of the card) and expiration date.
The billing address shown here is populated with the information from the previous screen. You have the ability to update the billing address if needed.
After submitting your billing information, our system will verify that the credit card number you entered is valid.
If the pop up dialogue box states that the credit card number is invalid, as depicted in Figure E, hit “OK” and update the credit card information to the correct number. |
